01 · The Opportunity
You've already built a brand people love.
Strong brand, 5-star reviews, clear pricing and a high-value service footprint. The website just isn't converting that demand yet.

The catch
Glitches and funnel friction left behind by the template agency (LaundroBoost) are costing first-time residential signups and commercial accounts right now.

02 · Audit at a Glance
Four leaks in the funnel — each one fixable.
We walked the site the way a new customer and a new business client would. Here is where they get stuck.
01
Glitched VIP popup

Appears 3 seconds after load with a duplicated photo, a crushed form and no visible submit button.

Every visitor
02
Booking sends new customers to a login wall

Both hero buttons open the Returning Customer Login. No zip code checker.

New signups
03
Blank pages, 404s & copy-paste errors

Empty Gift Card page, 15+ dead links, BBQ-restaurant links and leftover Ohio code.

Trust & SEO
04
Missed commercial B2B leads

/request-a-bid/ has no quote form — businesses are pushed to a generic contact box.

Issue #1 · Visual Proof
Fires 3 seconds after load
The VIP popup is glitched — and it greets every visitor.

3
Form crushed into a 158px stripName, email and phone fields squeezed into a sliver.
4
Conflicting offerPopup says “10% OFF”; the site promotes “$10 OFF first order” with code TFWC10.
5
Submit button cut offVisitors who fill it out can't actually join.
In plain terms: two settings that each work alone were stacked together, so the first thing a new customer sees is a broken form.

Issue #2 · Booking Funnel Friction
Ready-to-book new customers hit a login wall.
The hero has two identical buttons side-by-side — and both send first-time visitors to the Returning Customer Login on Curbside Laundries.

What happens now
Returning Customer Login
/Account/Login
A brand-new visitor has no account — so the page feels like a dead end.

What should happen
New Customer Sign-Up
/Account/SignUp
One clear button straight into first-order signup with TFWC10 applied.
!
"Check If We Serve Your Area" has no zip code box. Customers have to read walls of text to find their city — instead of typing a zip and booking in 30 seconds.

Issue #3 · Broken Pages & Cloned Agency Bloat
A cloned Cincinnati template — left broken and live.
ROOT CAUSE
LaundroBoost Marketing (Cincinnati, OH) cloned a Queen City / Cincinnati laundromat template — its (513) numbers still sit in 4 hidden popups — and hosts it on a shared WordPress + Elementor + HubSpot stack where every update waits on an agency ticket, while 15+ broken 404 links and a blank Gift Card page stay live.

Broken links (404s)

Blank page in the main nav

Redundant font families
Blank Gift Card page

Linked in the main navigation and footer — but completely empty. Customers ready to buy a gift card leave with nothing: missed revenue.

“Full Residential W ash and Fold”
/laundry-pick-up-and-delivery/ → 404

Every city page links this typo'd phrase to a dead URL. The residential page also sends Kingwood, Klein, New Caney and Conroe to 404s.

Copy-paste leftovers
burnsoriginalbbq44.com

Porter/New Caney and Humble pages link local landmarks to a BBQ restaurant and Willowbrook Mall. Leftover Ohio popup code loads on every page.

Issue #4 · Missed Commercial B2B Leads
Your highest-margin customers have no way to ask for a quote.
Recurring commercial demand

Salons
Medical
Airbnbs & STRs
Senior living

Commercial laundry is weekly, predictable, high-volume work — the most valuable recurring revenue stream in the business.

Today
/request-a-bid/ has no quote form

It just tells businesses to click through to a generic contact box — no volume, schedule or business type captured.

With the redesign
A qualified bid request in one step

Business type, linen/towel volume and pickup schedule arrive together — so you can price and follow up quickly.

03 · Our Solution & All-Inclusive Partnership
Four core fixes — plus a partner who keeps you growing.
01

First-order funnel & one $10 offer

Mobile-first “$10 OFF Your First Pickup (TFWC10)” modal replaces the glitched popup. Every “Schedule Pickup” goes to New Customer Sign-Up, with a zip code checker.

02

Pricing calculator & complete pages

Weekly cost estimator (“Family of 4 ~ 35 lbs = $75/wk”), a real Gift Card purchase flow and a Subscription / Recurring plan page.

03

B2B commercial quote funnel

Bid calculator & intake form on /request-a-bid/ capturing business type, linen/towel volume and pickup schedule.

04

Speed & quality polish

Fix every 404 across all 15 city pages, remove the Cincinnati popup bloat and 5 redundant font families, clean up typos and ASCII dividers.

Add-on · Your Phone Line
Your phone line, upgraded.
Keep your current number (832) 229-3052. It's a Google Voice number, so you can forward calls today for free, and record calls when you need to.
Free · works today
1 · Call forwarding with your Google Voice number
  • Ring your cell or any phone. Calls to your business number go to the phones you choose.
  • Quiet hours. Turn on Do Not Disturb when you're off, and calls go to voicemail.
  • Voicemail to email. Google types out each voicemail and emails it to you.
📞 Google call forwarding: ON
Your new admin CRM has an on/off switch for this, with hours and days. Right now it saves your choice and logs who changed it. You then flip the real setting in the Google Voice app, which takes a few seconds.
Record calls
2 · Recording: free vs. paid Google Voice
Free Google Voice (what you have)
Records incoming calls only, and you start it by hand. Press 4 during the call and everyone hears a "this call is being recorded" message. You can't record calls you make.
Paid Google Voice (Starter · Standard · Premier)
You can record incoming and outgoing calls with a Record button.
Voice Premier (for Google Workspace)
Records every incoming and outgoing call automatically, and adds transcripts and AI notes. Google says automatic recording comes only with Premier. Standard records only when you press Record.
Compliance
Texas is one-party consent (you can record a call you're on). Some states need everyone's consent, so keep the recording message on for out-of-state callers.

Add-on · Phone Line Costs

Prices are per user, per month, in USD, before tax. Voice prices are monthly. Totals use the cheapest Workspace plan, Business Starter. Lower-cost option: Google also sells Voice Starter ($10/mo) and Voice Standard ($20/mo) to a single user with a personal Gmail account, with no Workspace needed. These include press-to-record but not automatic recording.

Per user/month. "Annual" means a 1-year commitment; "flexible" is month to month. Google shows 50% off the first 3 months for new customers. Workspace is billed separately from Voice.
OPTIONAL UPGRADE

With a Twilio number, the CRM switch controls forwarding itself, and each recording is saved on that client's record in your CRM.
